THE METODO CLASSICO

Cesarini Sforza is one of Italy’s top producers of Metodo Classico Spumante, still made according to the specifications first introduced in Trentino about a century ago. The base wine undergoes a very slow second fermentation in the bottle, in the cool cellars, where it is then kept for some years.
The professional skills of some of the best winemakers in the area are channelled into making the great quality Trento D.O.C. Metodo Classico Spumantes with the Cesarini Sforza label.
