Outstanding achievement for Cesarini Sforza's Cuvée Brut Riserva at the 16th International Wine Competition – Vinitaly 2008.

The sought-after spumante of the Trentino sparkling wine producer has been awarded the Silver Medal in the category ‘sparkling wines’.

This important recognition was granted after a rigorous selection procedure by the wine-tasting commission of the prestigious competition. With 3,669 wine entries from 32 countries representing five continents, the ‘Concorso Enologico Internazionale’ has established itself as one of the world's toughest wine competitions.

Another excellent result was achieved by Tridentum 2004 Trento D.o.c., which obtained a ‘Gran Menzione’ (‘Honourable Mention’).

These awards have come as a confirmation of the growing success of the Cesarini Sforza spumantes and as a proof that they have nothing to fear from wines grown in the world's best terroirs. The fact that Cesarini Sforza wines have become flagship products for both Trentino and Italy is a deserved reward for the diligence with which their people go about their work in the vineyards as well as in the cellars.
